Today, as Director of Operations for the Fuerst Team, I help oversee the daily functions and larger initiatives that keep the real estate team running smoothly. From overseeing the day-to-day operations, such as creating real estate marketing materials, speaking with clients and communities, creating new listing documents, I believe every detail matters and that thoughtful operations can transform the way people feel and perform.
